The STEP team has been helpful, sharing their experience and always available when support is needed upon a phone call. The classroom team from my experience has been great. They're very quick to introduce me to the facility and staff. If the site is out of the way, the team is supportive in changing and rearranging a closer site. Advance notice is given for worksites which is really appreciated.

As a STEP substitute teacher, I have the opportunity to explore, experience, and get to know more about the "world of childcare." The topics in each training are all helpful and will add more confidence when I become a teacher. Agencies are really impressed with STEP substitute teachers, which makes me proud of course. I really appreciate the benefits and support that STEP provides.
